The Great State of Montana

Over the weekend we took a little trip to Montana! The main purpose of the trip was for a taxidermy show & classes (@ least that's what we're telling the IRS!) Actually, that was the main purpose & we just tagged along to find something fun to do because we're going crazy in the house & the Idaho wind! Well, instead of Idaho wind, we ran into some Montana snow! A lot of Montana snow - both coming & going!



We managed to stay on the road... even though we couldn't see it!

The girls & I went to some fun places to pass the time & do some relaxing. The Great Northern Carousel was pretty cool & we managed to pick the right day to go - FREE RIDES!

Another cool adventure was The Exploration Works science museum. Everything was hands-on & lots of fun & learning. Ava had a blast here & I did too!







On the trip we discovered that Emma is a homebody! She was moody the whole trip until we got home. When she recognized home, she was happy as a clam!! We also made a visit to The Parrot Confectionery. We had old-fashioned fountain sodas & homemade chocolates, both of which were 100% delicious. If you're ever in Helena we'd recommend a stop there. You wouldn't be disappointed!
