Number 2 With Emma Lou

Emma turned 2 years old today! Watch out world! She has become a fun, spunky, sweet & friendly little girl with a side of fiestiness! (I have NO idea where she gets that!:) We celebrated yesterday with cake, homemade frosty & a few friends... most especially Emma's favorite friend, Ruby! The candle blowing came & went without even 1 picture & the present opening consisted of some serious jumping excitement while trying to open a present @ the same time & some laughs from the crowd... still without any pictures!

When I went to get Emma from her room this morning, I walked in & said "Happy Birthday Emma!" She flopped herself down on her bed & replied "No happy birthday Emma" rather sadly! Evidently the long Sunday of church mixed with birthday events & no nap made for an ornery birthday Emma instead! We took the girls to Blast Off to play as our fun thing for the day & that seemed to cure most of the un-happy birthday blues!
