If you know Jacob, you know that his favorite past time is hunting! Since the move to our new house, this past time of his can now be done in the backyard (& the field next to us since we have all the right connections)!!! It's a rare day when he's not on the lookout for birds flying over the house/yard or landing in the field. And when he's found them, he's on the phone to his buddy with the rundown on all the latest bird activity. Sometimes, there is even a dash for the gun & a sneak out to the back because he spotted some coming!
The last hunting fiasco ended with 2 geese for Jason & 1 for Jacob. They came back boasting that they had got us our Christmas goose for Christmas dinner! I chuckled (in part humor & part disgust)! No thanks, we'll be eating PIG for Christmas dinner! Here's a picture of their venture:

I love that they're all decked out just to go in the backyard. Good thing the geese can't see them coming!! ;)
