When a picture of Dora shows up on your blog... it pretty much means your own life is boring and you can't conjure up any other miniscule happening to post... so Dora steals your show!
Anyway... this is indeed a post about Dora, since we've just spent the last 2 weeks of our lives hunting down this movie. Since Ava heard about the new Dora movie she has wanted to rent it and have a movie party with some of her friends. I agreed to this no problem. However, actually landing the movie in our possession proved to be a bigger problem than I anticipated! Any outing always included a stop at as many Redbox locations as were along the trail, and the other days spent at home included random checks online to see if any location happened to have it become available. Obviously the luck of finding this movie eluded us for 2 weeks... until this past Wednesday. Finally, 1 single solitary Dora movie for which we had to make a pilgrimage to Blackfoot for, among our other errands of the day (which happened to be in the complete opposite direction)!
But, we got the movie, set up the comfy sitting spot, made the yummy popcorn and finally pulled it all off this morning.
Note:Don't get us wrong... we're not bumps on a log all day, we just have nothing that is blogworthy and exciting (yet!).

What a fun little date with mom. I think this story is very "post worthy." Glad you found your Dora movie.
